I know your company is in Denver, CO. Can I get service from you if I am from out-of-state?

Absolutely yes! As a matter of fact, most of our customers are from outside of Denver, CO. As far as Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and India. Our systems allow us to work with you and provide you exceptional service wherever you are.

Can I use my own domain name for my store?

Yes! Whether you already have a domain name or you need us to help you find the best domain name for you; your store will end up using your own domain name.

What is your turn-around time for an eCommerce store?

Time varies depending on the complexity of your project but we can deliver a fully developed online store in under 2 weeks. Please use our Get Started page to request an accurate turn-around time for your specific project.

Do I have to continue paying you after you are done with my store?

No, you don’t. The way we like to set up things for our customers is that you will remain in full control of all aspects of your store. All monthly/annual fees will come straight to you from the service providers (ej. domain names, hosting, ssl certificates, etc).

Will my store generate traffic and revenue once you are finished?

The old saying of “build it and they will come” does not apply to eCommerce. Be prepared to start marketing your store once it is ready. Of course, we can help with that too if you need.

I don’t know anything about managing the back-end of an online store. Will you teach me?

Yes, we will. Training for you and your staff is ALWAYS included with our eCommerce development plans. We want you to feel comfortable managing your back-end so you can make lots of sales.

Will I get support once my store is finished?

Absolutely yes! We will provide technical support for at least 1 week after completion and will provide you all telephone numbers, online community addresses, forums, chat, and ticket support systems you could ever need for your platform.

Do I need to withhold taxes when I sell online?

Depending on your country’s sale tax laws, you may. In the U.S. you are required to withhold sale tax on orders within your same State. This is simplified by using tax calculators integrated with your online store. Don’t worry, we’ve got that covered.

Can I sell someone else’s products?

Yes, you can. It is pretty common to see online stores that use a Drop-shipping business model. No need to keep inventory at hand since you only submit orders to your supplier when you make a sale.

Can you develop an online store for digital products?

Yes, we can. Digital products such as documents and multi-media usually need additional levels of security, disk space, and bandwidth. Been there, done that.

I have thousands of products for my online store. Will you set them all up for me?

It is really up to you. We can do it for you and bill you accordingly or we can train you on how to do it so you can save money.

Can I try your eCommerce software before I commit to a development plan?

Yes, you can and we encourage you to do so. Because we use third-party software, we can set you up with a free trial so you can try it before you buy it.
